BMI RANGE:
It's easy to calculate your body mass index through different methods like dividing weight on your height etc.BODY MASS INDEX but after that, you have to know where your body mass index lies or whether you lie in the healthy or unhealthy range. It's very important for us to know what we are eating in our daily routines because our daily diet is the only factor that decides about fat content in our body. So, many metric and standards system has made an average range of body mass index which helps people know about their present conditions whether they are overweight, underweight, or healthy.

Underweight
If your BMI lies in underweight range than you have to be serious and conscious about your health. You should start eating healthy fruits and foods, avoiding eating junk and outdoor meals it's better to rely on homemade food.

Normal range.
You're lucky if your BMI lies in the normal range because in this range you are more fit and healthy you just need to maintain this range by your healthy diet and exercises.
                


Overweight:
If your crossing normal BMI range than you are supposed to reconsider your daily routine and factors on diet. Try to avoid eating more buttery and lardy foods, because they mostly affect on your fat content. Try to buy high-density oil contents for your meal preparation which is mostly prepared from plant seeds. At last, exercise is the best technique to help your self in this condition.

 Obese or morbidly obese:
BMI ranges lying in obese or morbidly obese are considered dangerous for most of the people because in this range you are more prone to many diseases like heart attack, thrombosis, diabetes, high-fat content, etc., so you should consult your doctor which is a good way to cope with it. Start dieting because it helps you a lot in improving your BMI range, start a gym, and try different exercises which help you dissolve your extra fat content and always eat healthy food.
