Talking about the drama Ertugrul, Engin shared some of his acting experiences in his interview th I'mat there were a lot of tough scenes for which we have practiced for many weeks, and before starting this tv serial we have taken a lot of sessions regarding the history of Ertugrul and his character. We also read a lot of books written about him and the events that happened during that time. At first, it seems difficult to represent him as we were a bit hesitant but soon we overcome all the glitches.

Expressing about his experience he shared a bit funny scene that, whenever there was a fight scene or we were in fighting scene, we have to kill a man more than once due to which we get really confused and in the midst, we ask them that "I have killed you before then how you are alive?" so the reason behind this was that they were having very limited trained sword fighters for which they have to kill a person for almost 10 times during the battle scene.
