As we all are well aware of the situation around us, where the death toll is increasing minute by minute, and hospitals are fully occupying day today and this all is due to a great pandemic known as corona pandemic.


           From the past few months after this pandemic everywhere, styles of living have been changed or it has to be changed for our well being because this deadly virus is unknowingly present anywhere. Changes that are imposed on peoples by this pandemic are:

Covering your whole body mostly eyes, nose, and mouth for which many different styles were adopted like wearing masks and gloves to wearing hijabs in western countries even.
The freedom of hanging around with friends and dear ones are limited,
Enjoying parties and dinner are prohibited,
Tracking and hiking are quieted,
Schools and educational institutions are shut down.

Everything seems to stop and the world has taken a break. So in this matter of time, we have to be more cautious, alert, and safe, also thinking about the near future in which we have to survive with this deadly virus because it's not easy now to eradicate it at once. coronavirus just like a few other viruses including flu, common cold, HIV, and herpes virus is contagious through person to person and its cure is not possible for many years to come.
The changes which we  will adopt are:

 Dressing

the most apparent change in us will be the way of dressing because the time of wearing shorts and sleeveless is gone, now we have to look more formal most of our time with proper getups. as we know we have to cover our eyes, nose, and mouth to be safe outside so hijabs will be popular among girls because in that your head and face will be safer, also wearing full pajamas and sleeves will be trending.




Food:

we all are well aware of the situation throughout and also that how are health is more essential rather than any wealth in this world, so, therefore, we have to be on a good and healthy diet. avoiding more junk around us and preferring more juicy and soupy supper will be the best choice in this situation because if we want to be more immune to this disease we first have to make our inner system and body strong.



Self-Hygiene:

the only way to get infected by this deadly virus is through our hands, eyes, mouth, and nose. this virus can only pass inside our body by the passages which open to outside directly and as our daily routine makes it impossible to keep these areas covered all the time, therefore, we have to practice self-hygiene routinely by washing our hands, taking bath, changing our clothes after reaching home, sanitizing all the things around us in our homes like furniture and floor after every two days and most important distancing our self in every situation will keep us safe.



Social Distancing:

everywhere in this word social distancing is emphasized and practiced to stay safe from COVID-19 because this is the most effective way of keeping ourselves safe. the only mode of transmission of this disease is from person to person, so only keeping a distance is the only option we have because this disease shows its signs and symptoms in almost two weeks therefore a person unknowingly infects more than 100 persons around him or her in just one week.
